Frequently Asked Questions

1.How many probes can I insert?
The DC-26 has 3 probe ports, and it is possible to insert 3 probes at once. If more than 3 probes are used, you will need to plug and replace the probe.
2.Is it possible to connect directly to the printer?
The DC-26 can be directly connected to the following commercially available printers:
Printer types Printer model
Black and white video printer : MITSUBISHI P93W-Z SONY UP-X898MD SONY UP-D897
Digital color video printer: SONY UP-D23/25MD
Graphic printer: HP DESKJET INK ADVANTAGE 2020hc

3.There is a configuration for ultrasound work that can be installed in a computer Software?
Ultrasound workstation software is not included in the standard package, and Sotu medical imaging workstation can be optional. The software supports Windows series 32-bit & 64-bit. During installation, ensure that the computer can be divided into a partition with large disk space for software installation. At the same time, the host hardware must have a PCI-E slot for installing the acquisition card
4.What probes can be selected? Can I do the heart and fetus four - dimensional examination?
The DC-26 can choose from a variety of probes such as abdominal, linear array (i.e. superficial), intracavitary, phased array (i.e. heart), and 4D volume. Cardiac probes are used for cardiac examination; And the 4D volume probe for four-dimensional fetal imaging in obstetrics

5.Can it be used as a puncture guide?
Yes. Puncture holder can be selected for all kinds of probes in DC-26, and the puncture guide line can also be set up in the machine

6.What is the difference between two dimensions, three dimensions and four dimensions in ultrasound?
Two-dimensional ultrasound is the formation of a cross-sectional image of human tissues and organs to understand the internal structure; Three-dimensional ultrasound is a three-dimensional image formed on the basis of two-dimensional ultrasound, which is often used to observe the internal and external morphology of the fetus. Four-dimensional ultrasound is a three-dimensional dynamic image formed by adding time dimension to three-dimensional ultrasound, which is more used for viewing the appearance of the fetus.Generally, three-dimensional ultrasound and four-dimensional ultrasound must be presented with a volume probe

7.See the table below for common ultrasonic probes

Linear array probe (aka superficial probe)
Application departments and fields: 1. General surgery: small organs, peripheral blood vessels, subcutaneous and superficial 2.
Breast surgery: mammary gland, thymus, lymph nodes, etc3. Abdominal surgery:
substantive organs, appendicitis, etc 4. Pediatrics and neonatology: abdomen, small organs, brain, etc
